We are talking front 02's for closed loop idle and drivability fueling. Here is a case where that exact codes you have turned out to be a front 02 issue, had them swapped. Or something like a rear to front swap etc. So check the wiring really well also.

Did you ever update your tuner? Did you return car to stock before updating it? If not, it might have taken your modded tune and set it as the stock tune in the tuner. When updating the sct software says to return to stock before update or this can happen. When you reuploaded this "stock tune" it may have just put on an old modded one.

Maybe send the stock tune file to a tuner to verify it is actually a stock tune.

hey john, I had a cousin who had his car worked on by some random mechanic. his car would work fine then out of no where his car would go all crazy. ticking and sputtering noises would start .then he'd have to keep it revved up and hold it there to stop it or turn it off and back on. I don't think the "mechanic" put the timing chains on right or maybe they skipped on him.I checked everything else on his car, he was just to lazy to take the timing cover off and ended buying a long block from someone.

I'm aware of a car that would run fine then poorly on and off. After much investigation and part swapping it turned out to be a slightly loose crank pulley. It would wobble just enough to make the crank sensor lose it's mind once in a while. Tossed all kinds of codes but mostly bad spark is various cylinders. Worth checking out. Maybe the sensor got damaged during the engine install. Good luck
