2006 mustang P0303

So today i was on the free way on 3rd gear at about 4500rpm i was driving at this rpm for about 2-3 min when all of a sudden my check engine light starts blinking and i change gears going to 5th and still see it blinking after about 10 min i get home and run my tuner and i get the P0303 code #3 cyl misfire. Does anyone know why i got this? I cleared the codes took the car out for a drive and have not got any codes.

Misfire is 99% of the time spark related. Check the wiring to all the cops, the cops themselves and pull the plugs and check them.
