Did you ever do compression and leak down tests? Lately?

I did it after the incident of the #7 plug breaking apart...not since then.
I will do one once the motor is out.

The initial test came out with great numbers.

Time for a new thread... sigh

Tell me about it...although, it was my fault that this happened. :(

Anyone know whats up with the other 3 plugs where the insulator is striped!!
Is this how everyone else's plugs look like?

Is it normal for the darkness next to the ground strap?

The striping is normal and I see it on all my plugs. It is just the way the flame front travels in the cylinder.
