I have a 2009 mustang v6 premium and I am experiencing an electrical issue where I have no chimes at all. Nothing from the turn signal (they do work) but no sound. Also no chimes when I leave the lights on or when I put the key in. The car works except the chimes. Checked all of the fuses and they are all fine, no other electrical issues. Wondering if anyone has any thoughts on this.

Reboot the cluster.
Disconnect battery for a minute or two, OR disconnect and reconnect cluster.

thank you guys, I have disconnected the battery and reconnected it after waiting 5 minutes, no change. Checked the smart junction box and it shows signs of corrosion. Ordered a used one from eBay we will see if that does it.

I replaced the smart junction box, no changes. Are the chime sounds routed through the speakers or do they come from somewhere else

Thank you, guess I’m going to pull the cluster. Do you know if this is something that can be repaired or do I need a new cluster?

Not sure. Guess it depends on what is wrong with it.
I have a spare good 120 mph 4 guage cluster if you need it. $100 shipped to lower 48.

Thank you, not sure what I’m going to do yet. I pulled and disassembled the cluster. I couldn’t find anything that looked like a speaker in there.
