2010 4.6 timing/misfiring issues

My 2010 mustang GT is misfiring on cylinder 3 and the engine shakes when i get into 1st gear ive already dropped roughly 4k into and i dont wanna let the car go any ideas?

If you've confirmed a cylinder 3 misfire with a code scan, I suggest you swap coils between cylinders 3 & 4 and see if the misfire code moves to cylinder 4. If it doesn't, repeat the process with the spark plugs. If that also fails, swap injectors. If you strike out on all three, perform a compression test on all cylinders 'cause the problem could then be something mechanical causing a loss of compression on cylinder 3.

I just found the cause of misfire on #2 cylinder it was the pigtail connection to coil as it no longer locked in place, make sure all your connections are firm
