Ray welded the hole in the pipe-figured out what happened, when I had the temp coupler on the drivers side turbo the pipe blew off and when it did it contacted the alt pulley-welded the 90's onto the IC, installed a slim fan shroud with twin 12" fans and a Moroso and coolant tank to free up as much room as possible and a big thanks to Nick and Brady for helping me out on the connection of the cold side piping.

I had a new AC line made, installed that and buttoned everything up, no leaks and the fans come on at 190 just like stock, I need to get the AC re-charged but fingers crossed that all the bugs have been worked out.

Glad I could be of some assistance and help friends out whenever and however I can. Car is awesome and the pics don't do the true car justice!!!

Well done sir!!!

The AC line? My hands are cut up pretty bad and there is zero room to route the line away from the hot side; I had Brady double check my routing and he zip tied it as far away from the heat as possible.

I had to use a no shoulder nut on the stud where the line plugs into the compressor.

I was still seeing 8 psi on the old IC setup so I am not sure if it will affect anything...and the other things I did should not affect the performance, at least in theory.

LOL...well...yes and no.....I was a dumbass and did not think to put aftermarket motor mounts on when I was doing the install so I bought set and went to put them on yesterday; I have done them before and figured 1-2 hours for the job...nooooooo....5 hours later it was done and what a PITA it was. With the TT headers on there is not much room at all to get to the bolts and then removing the mounts from the block was tricky; drivers side was not bad the passenger side was OMFG.....we had to pull the starter and become a contortionist to get the old mount out.

And in doing this we discovered my new AC line was sitting on the pipe and melted a hole in it so I am back to square one; I have the line off and taking it to the hose shop tomorrow to see what can be done, once that is repaired I am going to put some kind of heat wrap on the AC line so I can get that resolved.

I saw carbon build up on the passenger side header flange so we checked/tightened as many of the header bolts as possible so at least some good came from this.

Anytime brother!

Just sucks about that AC line and well the semi-permament rolling around of metal sound in your K-Member, LOL.

Well will come up with an option for the new AC line to live in harmony with those big ass heaters you have in the engine bay called turbos!! LOL
