You asshole! Now I want new rims. That looks great but I think it needs just a little wider tire.

thanks for being respectful guys. I really understand its not for everyone and not all will like it. as previously stated one must be happy with their own car and so, I am satisfied.

I look forward to doing a photoshoot soon

You won't get much love here, I think it looks good and it's unique. I give you props for not giving a fuck and doing what you like.
On a side note, my old wagon had a 245/30/19 stretched on a 10" rear wheel. :thumb:

Thanks man. I can tell your mustang is done right. seeing your vw I know you understand what Im doing. you can tell who knows offsets and widths

I was thinking those in 20x9 all the way around with 275/35's.

they make them in 20x8.5 and 20x10.5 only downside to the narrower sizes is that the lip is tiny. the wheel just doesnt look the same

I am jealous of your black paint! I like the way they look on your car and I think it looks great, I don't think I would do it to mine though.

Great looking car! Like a lot of others have said, that degree of tire stretch not for me. It's your car and the wheels are perfect on that black. Again where did you find the wheels and price?

Anyway I hope no women drive your car because if so.......those will be toast!

I concur. I really have attained a liking for this style. I usually like a smaller rim and bigger sidewall, but that XXR rim is just awesome looking.

I'm seriously considering 20" rims instead of the 19" ones I was going to get.

thank you!

The only thing that concerns me is with those tires so small it just begs for some curb damage!! I would be shitting bricks everytime I drove the car, LOL!! I still love it though!

-Mike

Mike, curb damage on any wheel with any tire fat or stretch will happen if you curb check. granted there will more damage than if there wasnt a fat tire but the end result is the same, case in point, I pay extra attention with or without stretched tires so I dont kiss curb

This car is tits. That is all.

:boobies: lol

thank you I had a tough time going back and for with other wheels as well but Im glad I pulled the trigger on these

the factory 17x8 on 235 55 weighed in at 51 lbs, these 20x10.5 on 255 35 weigh in at 57. Ill live with that

lol no women or anyone for that matter will drive the car. my brother might get behind the wheel if I decide to shoot it but were both educated on how to do drive lowered cars

for the tire price it makes sense. performance wise not so much

See here's where I just get confused. I guess it's because I'm dead set on 295s so they turn out to be just as expensive on 19" or 20" rims.

yep. I bet if you went with a more common size youd pay less or get more for your money. i can find 315 35 20 for 150 a pop and 285 30 for 200 or some 305 30 for 200

Can you go lower? It looks killer as it is but I think it would look a lot better if those tires could get tucked in under the fender.
