Whatever your rpm is now at any given speed, multiply it by 1.04878.
e.g., if you are at 2500rpm now at 70mph, you will be at 2622rpm with the 4.30s. Not much change.
Thanks to Don's spreadsheet, I should be at 2500 rpm's with a 28 tire going 70.
