I am not going to bad mouth either of those shops but before you go to either of them check out Tim at Mr Norms. His shop is 30 minutes from Byron and is very impressive. I was there last week and they had several cool mustangs there including a twin turbo GT 500.

So far this is what I've got figured out.
TRANS:
TCI Super Street Fighter 5r55s trans.... wait for the NEW upgraded clutch packs.
CONVERTER:
PI converter....?3200? stall still working it out
DRIVE SHAFT: 1pc aluminum.....But which one?
TUNE:
5r55 ... whom ever I select to do the final motor tune will do the trans tune

So far I think i will stay local (I'm south of Chicago)
This means either BREN-SPEED or LIVERNOIS

Level10 Animal House 5R55S and triple disc Billet 3000 Rpm stall convertor Brenspeed tuned but Level 10 provides correct tune info for there trans.
Very pleased with Level 10

when dealing with level10 make sure you only deal with Pat the others there do not know what there talking about.
