Somebody cam up with a way to do a T-brake on a 6R80

it has not been perfected yet

there are some possible ways to do it better

people are working on this and I think it is really cool

why 16 pages of poo slinging. I got to 5 and gave up.

What was the point of kdanner making up the fake conversation? Supposed to be a smoking gun?

Just to laugh at. wbt originally did it on one of those fake text massages sites, I transferred his dialogue over to the fakebook, I thought it made it funnier.

Damn, then post #24 from the above link is a good one. The guy is a troll amongst other things if you visit YB. But he talks about a converter bypass. Wonder why it's such well known public knowledge if it wasn't a problem.
Never tried it with a 4R70W and just don't know, but is there a way to use a converter bypass like on the glides or th400s?

Why would he know that?! Like I said if you knew half of what you thought, you guys might be an actual help around here instead of just being a case of hemorrhoids. Nobody gives you a second thought until you start becoming a pain in the ass.

Guess I'll take a look at the fluid circuits to the converter. If I had to guess the restriction to the converter they might be talking about could be what protects converter lock up. Ken mentioned wanting to open it up. So I'm guessing they might be having trouble locking the converters in higher HP cars. (Problem caused by using loose converters trying to get foot brake cars to leave hard.) This could be a different restrictor than one that would be used as a converter bypass. So I wouldn't put my eggs in that basket yet. But then again I didn't want to have to deal with it. That's why I didn't raise the line pressure.
