If it wasnt like that before and you have had the blower and mount off recently I imagine it has something to do with that. I would check the tq on all the mounting bolts etc. Doesnt look like its going to be an issue though based on it being a smooth idler.

It is weird all is torqued properly and iv removed it twice its somethin to do wotj the bracket behind the pulley

You can see a gap where the yellow arrows are. I think it goes to the triangle piece for the idler into the timing cover. Good luck.

If you're trying to torque them down with the supercharger and belt both on, it probably won't work due to the weight/tension. I would recomend removing both (I know know bad it sucks) Don't over torque those bolts either, I broke one of the idlers off in the timing cover. Horrible experience.

Lol I did the same thing as far as the idlers goes I used and e z out kit and got it out, by Amy chance do you know the torque for those bolts

I would def slip the belt like off the water pulley or something to relieve the tension and back that bolt out and re do it.

Okay pulley issue is fixed, New spark plugs are in, just waiting on the bov and maf pipe so i can install it all.. Dyno tomorrow at 2 a.m. at true street

only sad thing is that Im going to be using the 3.48 pulley, probably only be like 11 psi if that :(
