When a 1200 lb. Pallet is stacked on top of a box, being triple walled and what not is not going to help it whwn that 1200 lb pallet on top of it is constantly hammering on it. Or a 8500lb forklift crunches it against a wall...box thickness doesn't matter.

I see what you mean, just out in the hustle and bustle of our terminals, there is a lot of variables that can screw up a rubber ball.

In a case like that it's clearly the fault of the freight company. And if the correct packaging were used, the freight company couldn't exactly blame the customer.

Hell just yesterday I got an empty envelope from UPS. Luckily the driver was still out front and I have it back and refused the delivery.

Recieved the money last Friday. Cashed the check and ordered the new blower unit. KB called today and said it's on it's way, should have the new blower mid next week. California to Florida ground shipping sucks. At least I know KB packages them in a foam filled box.
