The Gibson exhaust video came out with a claimed 30+ hp increase a few weeks ago and we all were like... "Yea... right..." switch to a cat-back never gets you that much HP increase... especially with the recent years... '11 to '14.
We were all asking the question was there a tune change mixed in???
Then magna-flow comes out with their supposed back to back HP dyno run and they are saying 30+ HP increase by simply switching to their comp system. see this:

So, is there something to be had here? I have seen one 100% stock dyno run from American Muscle and they got 370 rwhp peak... then Latemodelrestoration put a a gibson cat-back and did a dyno run with just the exhaust and they show 390 rwhp as the peak. see this...

So... maybe this new car is corked up at the mufflers? American Muscle ran a 100% stock 6 sp manual and got 13.10...my '13 auto 100% stock runs 12.80 in 70 degrees temps...
I wonder if we are going to see the '15 car really get 20 to 30 rwhp from a cat-back change? if this is the case... good for us...because having a '15 not break into the 12's stock in stock trim really sucks...when the '11-'14's did it all day long.
I am having second thoughts on my '15 (due to be here on Nov 5)...since my '13, with just a Ford Motorsport tune, runs consistent 12.70's at 112 on factory radials...
