The headlight harness is around 30 wires or so. I also had to extend 6 wires from a PCM connection to a fuse "plug". Also, all the injector and COP wires on the passenger side along with the capacitor wire and cam position sensor.
None of it was hard it was just time consuming.
And no the wires in the valley are protected from any heat by the wire loom. It doesn't get too hot in there comparatively anyway.
And Ultra I completely aggree with you it looks like balls especially now. I'm going to get a canton tank that I can mount a little lower and then run that hose through the fender as well. What I am attempting to do is remove everything from in front of the engine so when you look in thats all you really see. I like the old school look where there was just an engine and not alot of supporting bullshit. The power steering is finding a new home soon as well. Its getting to the point that the intake tube is annoying me. If I was staying N/A I'd whip up some kind ITB setup to throw on that hoe.
The semi on the roush tvs wouldn't be hard at all. It limits how much you can hide them but you can still really clean it up and streamline it.
Well here are some early pics of my new project. Custom mid mounted magnapacs with side exhaust. Still need to finish the tips and and trim the fascia.
Oh and that is a great idea to put the ecu and fusebox in the trunk. That fuse box puts out a lot of heat when it is underneath the glovebox. But have fun extending everyone of those wires lol.
