I tried to do a search but did not see many reviews on the P spring setup. I am currently on K springs but during the winter, I switch from an 18 inch tire to a 17 inch tire so Im even lower. I really dont want to be lowered anymore than an inch and believe my only options are the P's or even Bullitt springs.

P springs were a very satisfactory solution on my 2009 GT/CS. The lowering amounted to half an inch in front and about ¾-inch in the rear. Rates are very like the K springs, I understand, so performance was roughly the same WRT brake dive and body roll.

If the few millimeters of retained height is critical to you, OK.

The 17 versus 18-inch tire isn't as important as the overall height of the tire. I'll be surprised if you actually make the switch and find a useful difference. Overall changing tire dimensions on the same wheels might be cheaper, season after season.

The "P" springs are actually a little softer in the rear than the "K" springs. That's a good thing.
