If it makes you feel any better, I do plan on putting them on my car some day strictly because of car shows.....as rice as they are, they do attract people. Personally I don't care for them alot, but attraction=votes at shows. I would like to see a car with them first to see how much of a pain it is to get in and out of the car. If it is really bad, then screw the votes...lmao.

youve gone rice on us. id rather see your hood repalced with a plasma TV screen playing the Slow and the Curious game. (fast and the furious) haha

That would be sweet! It would go great with my SlideShow Wheel Hubs and Cool Glow Neon!

Seriously, I am interested in them for the awe factor. The doors I sent the link on don't have to lift verticly. You can open them about half way and get out normally, but at car shows, you pop the hood and swing the doors up and now everyone what's to see what you have.

Talk to Ernie at hardcore mustangs about the doors. He has done alot of them. I know on the mustang you have to remove the front fenders, side skirts, and bumper to do the doors. It's about a 3 hour job.

Yea, I downloaded the directions and that was the general idea. I'll give Hardcore a call. You're the second person to recommend them. That's good to see. Like a said earlier, I just don't want to weld. mostly for the ability to reverse the job if the doors are to hard to get in and out of.

I'm 6'2" @ 350lbs, so if I can get in ok, you should be fine...

Still think I am gona do the SC first. I will probably wait until winter and garage it for a few weeks while I work on it.

No offense meant. I just got tickled at Hawg's reply.

Beauty is in the eye of the beholder. I have tri-bar ponies slapped all over my car and have been accused of having too much "bling."!

I just check out your pic. Unless the image is an older ver, it looks ok. Between my hood pins, Shaker and tint, I would expect I would hear it for over-doing it...

We all work hard, what ever makes you happy...

Only 3 thus far, not counting the ones on the wheels!

I have a small one on the dash held there with JB Weld (redneck fix) and two sticky ones on the doors.

Nothing wrong with showin' the love.

JB Weld Rocks! Its liquid duck tape. Fix anything. LOL I used it to fix a hole in my gas tank a few years ago. I put a bolt in the hole and used JB Weld to seal it

"I personally believe.... that US Americans...should not install lambo doors... into American Muscle Car... because... the... education....for US... I mean Iraq and South Africa.... and such... should build the cars... better for our children..."

I would like to fuck her brains out. (Though they might already be).

shit... that lame-o door kit has more steel than average Honda. You get lowering for the same price in a Honda. Really, every company doing these kits should be burned to the ground.

Btw, I'm falling in love with Ms South Carolina. I can lipsync her and her image is burned into my retinas... and such....for our children. Lucky me Mario Lopez is gay.

Kimmer, If you want attention at a car-show - I say go with suicide doors... But you still have to ban yourself...

Suicide doors would be sweet... something that no one else has done (as far as I know) on an S197.

If I could have anything related to my doors, it would be shaved doorhandles... drool

LOL, Yeah, i'd probably have to ban myself for a bit..lol. The odds of me throwing my cash at the doors over adding more boost is pretty doubtful. I need to start saving for building the bottom end and a snow performance kit....I NEED MORE BOOST!
