Cheap turbos fail. Cheap wastegates fail. Cheap bypass valves fail. Cheap piping NOT welded by certified welders can fail. Cheap oil feed lines can fail. Yeah, you're right. I don't see anything that could fail in that kit either.
do you know anything about this kit? do you know what parts come with it? have you ever seen this kit or used it? then you dont know dick about whats going to fail. has anyone at all post on here and said "oh my oil feed line melted into a hundred pieces and caught the car on fire and my family died"?? nope

who ever said it wasnt welded by certified welders. because it is and the welds look the same as my hellion kit and my dad who is a certified welder said the exact same thing. they both are good quality welds on them.

and who knows what else was done to either car other then the turbo kits.

*ahem*

One last time.........dead damn stock '07 GT automatic with 17K miles on it. Even down to the 3.31 gears. Hell...it even had the factory cat-back system on it. Completely as it was delivered off the lot at the dealership. After the first outing we added a PI converter that was supposed to have 3200 rpm stall speed. It had 2400. The car still wouldn't spool the turbos for 60 feet. Turbos spooled at 2700 rpm and had a full 8 psi at 3500 rpm. Now...had I been able to leave at even 3000 rpm and let's say roughly 4 psi of boost the car would have run 10.60's at 129-130.

Now....add a set of 3.73 gears and you have a 10.30/132 mph car. Turn the boost up on the turbos with good rods and pistons and who the fuck knows how fast it would have run. My calculations show that with a stock bore/stroke engine, 3000 rpm leave, 3.73 gears and 14 psi the car runs 9.60-65/140-142 mph.

Bobby, do you know what exact issues may arise in an install in my car? By that I mean any hoses, clamps, etc that may need to be replaced. Also, if I'm targeting just 450rwhp through the automatic and daily driving it, would the On 3 Performance Turbo make the cut, or should I upgrade to the Master Power options?

BTW, I got a check for backpay that the office owed me, so I got another $800 in my pocket today so my interest in the turbo is back if the nitrous kit sells :)

And.....DAMN........I want to try it.
SD, don't get me wrong, I would LOVE to buy that kit off of you, but I really don't have that kind of flow... I'm 21 and go to school full time and work full time all year round. The money that I dump into the car is what I can afford, and this kit is affordable.

antonio you can hit 450whp easy with the 70mm turbo included... shittt the turbo will make enough power to shred your motor (if you want ofcourse)! The options are if you want a 'higher quality' turbo, although Master Power is known to be on the lower end... but if it helps you lean toward it, my buddy david has a 700whp is300 on a 70mm master power turbo

no there shouldnt be any problem. just get the kit and upgrade as you get the money to do so.

sd that is what i was saying i didnt know what all was done to either car. but yours was a twin kit versus the single kit. other then that they are close

Just an observation. To get rid of one of those low hanging pipes (the one in the middle off the wastegate) couldn't you just vent that bitch to atmosphere getting rid of that one and "make more power" in the process?
