Is anyone currently running a 275/35/19 wheel on a 19 x 8.5 rim on the front? If so please post pics.

A 275 doesn't work worth a damn on the min 9" rim. Measuring width is 9.5"..and 10" is optimum.
No reputable installer would even try and mount a 275 on a 8.5" rim.

if you want sidewall bulge kinda like this, do a 275/35 on an 8.5"-wide wheel

If you insist on running a 275 wide tire, at a minimum it needs a 9.5" wide wheel to properly support it. Preferably a 19x10" to get the max use out of that tire. Our 19x10" ET40 fits both front and rear with no issues and allows you to get the most out of your investment by providing the needed sidewall support for ideal handling and performance.
