my experience with VMP was great. email tune, i am very satisfied with it. car runs great, hp/tq is good, a/f is good. i have no problems with Justin at VMP.

but how can you tell both sides when you are only on one side of it?

If you have a problem and tried to solve it on the phone and through PM and that fails, then I'd just post the story. This "I got a bad story and I'll tell it here" threat threads are gay. Either you have something to say or you don't. If you have something to say I would hope it is after giving the vendor every chance to make it right. When that fails then I fully support posting the incident.

I know Justin he is a good guy, im not sure whats going on here but with Email tuning sometimes things can be difficult. So many different conditions can affect the way a car performs and runs. Justin is also a busy guy so if it was a time related issue or delay you've got to understand someone like him is busy. I go through this situation everyday as my father has at all times 50 email tune files sitting on his desk amoungst 10-20 cars in the parking lot needing his attention and all while he is traveling to places like Michigan, California, Texas, and Florida for tuning. It gets overwhelming.

anyways my 2 cents..

That is too funny that you chimed in Jim, as I was about to say that I posted some issues that JDM and I had(many years ago), and it is really not the way to go! I was going to say, exhaust all means possible before posting any negative issues. Also, JDM did fix the problem! Thanks Jim!

im staying out of this one, coming on a forum to get things like this resolved wont help you much. you really need to address the issue with justin, no one here can help you more than justin can

Yeah defenetly try to get the issue resolved before jumping the gun on a shop. Been there, done that. I have never delt with VMP, but I usually hear nothing but good things about that shop. I slammed my tuner one time when my car burned some stuff up....In all actuality my car just didn't have enough fuel for what I was doing. I jumped the gun when a bunch of people started blaming the shop that tuned the car. I even contacted ANOTHER tuner and told them my story and was looking for a new tuner. Turns out, the two tuners are really good friends, and a bunch of drama went down.
