To me and this is only me I feel obligated to make it right regardless of the amount; when the license plate screws did not show up even though the buyers said it was no big deal, not to worry about it I send them out new ones as it wasn't the amount but the principle.

Greg thats kind of a different thing though. Im sure they were shipped uninsured as they werent a very expensive item. I wouldnt spend 50cents on insurance for an very inexpensive item myself. Id just reimburse buyer because 99 out of a hundred it would make it okay. The buyer received his item and had it for four months. I dont think either of these two are trying to screw each other over I think its a legitimate that item was and probably is in working condition but at the same time buyer maybe has higher standards then seller did and they are not up to his standards. I know I feel like if I sell something and in four months I feel like there is a time frame that is reasonable for a return and that is past the time frame on a used item.
He said in one response that it was in a corner unopened what if this was a new item and it was damaged in shipping I mean that could be a real heart breaker because filing a claim would have expired with insurance.
Im still waiting for pictures of said item I would like to see it for myself.

I tried to give him the benefit of a doubt after reading about the previous issue, but I'm still waiting for parts that he received payment for on 9/3 and he's gone completely unresponsive.
