Stock 2010 Ford 19" wheels fit fine, yes these are for the rear, and they saw street driving and a trip or two to the drags, I bought these after I went to Miller MotorSport park in Utah, and trashed my stock rear brakes, setting up my car to be more of a 1/4 car then a track car. I ran EPC Yellow stuff pads on them..
