I like the Toro 235 mph model. I've actually debated getting it because it would be easier to dry the roof with vs my backpack blower. Guys making me spend money!

I've got a four stroke leaf blower, so no oil mist to worry about. I think it's a 230mph model. Too lazy to look it up. But I started using the leaf blower on my motorcycles way back when. Big V-Twins are difficult to get dried off if you don't use a leak blower. If you use towels, the first time you go for a ride, your chrome gets water spots all over it. So now with the Mustang, my neighbors are very used to me using a leaf blower on my vehicles!

I just use a cheap one from Wal-Mart. Electric, like $30 bucks. I have a much more powerful one for around the house, but I bought the smaller one because of it's light weight. If the car is waxed or sealed well, then a small one is all that is needed to blow it off.

I don't use anything but the leaf blower to dry mine. I do the wheels first, then the top and hood, then the trunk. Then I move on to the sides. I go back around and hit anything that I missed.

The only thing I use the MF drying towels for is door seals, trunk seal, under the hood, etc. I don't see the need in touching the car with the MF when I can remove all the water with the blower and not have to touch the paint.

A good tip for drying your car is to make the first pass rather quickly, don't worry about getting all of the water. I find if I try to get everything dry on the first pass the other side is already going to leave spots. I like to handle the top surfaces well the first pass though as well as making sure I get the lugnuts on the wheels because they like to hold water.

I actually just bought a small battery power Ryobi blower to try out. It's not that powerful but it's really light which is why I wanted to try it out. At worst I have to return it. The Toro is rather heavy for what it is and kind of awkward to handle.

Too little air speed, too little volume of air being moved. It was worth the shot. I'm at Home Depot all of the time so no extra trip.

I really wish I could try out the Master Blaster 8 hp because I think that's the only thing that would come close to a backpack blower and fill my expectations.

I like the lower power stuff cause it don't kick up so much dust in the garage.

I work evenings, so most of the time when I can wash my car it's the middle of the day before I go to work. I pretty much have to do mine inside.
