If memory serves, the HV pumps have gears that are about 1/8” thicker than the standard pumps. I installed Boundry gears in my Ford Performance HV pump several years ago and have no issues with oiling. I would call Boundry and ask for the correct application before making a purchase.

Just to put this out here, I had originally bought a MMR Hurricane billet geared GT\GT500 oil pump (for 3V & GT500) to replace mine when I do this timing refresh job but after reading up on this stuff, reading some posters posts on this forum (lwarrior0106 to be exact along w\ a couple of old threads from back in 2012 & 2014 when BruceH, stkjock, sportinawoody, & others were posting on this subject) I went & found the Ford OEM 3V oil pump internal clearance specs (which are the same for the 13-14 GT500 oil pump) then matched up to what these gents had posted a decade ago......exact match thus confirmed, then pulled the back plate off my supposedly checked\tested brand new MMR Hurricane oil pump & checked the clearances myself & found this pump was within the OEM Ford 3V clearance specs.......but on the far loose end (checked rotor tip to stator tip clearance was .009" & .010" rotor tip to stator valley clearance......OEM max loose spec was .012" on loose end.....OEM min tight spec was .005") instead of on the front tight end of the OEM Ford 3V\GT500 spec where anybody w\ halfway decent mechanical engineering expertise knows is where these georotor design-type oil pumps will perform at their best. You could see actual daylight in the gaps between the 2 rotors..........so just how in hell is this pump gonna put out 75 psi full hot oil pressure, much less using 5W-20 oil @ 100*C--212*F--to boot, w\ that much clearance? Billet gears or not....... The truth is.............it's not. The new MMR pump also showed no signs of actually being tested, even though they say they do this to EVERY pump they sell......brand new clean OEM Ford housing both inside & out w\ no type of pre lube on any of the internal components......all clean......so no evidence of actual creditability.......even though it checked out within OEM Ford 3V\GT500 clearance specs..............
So much for trusting the OEM Ford 3V oil pump clearance specs (just where did these clearances fall in the OEM pump when installed at the factory)........& MMR, eh?
So, I then checked Boundry's equivalent gears clearance specs on their web site..........found they won't even sell a set of gears that spec outside of .004", so I put them to the test & bought a set of their oil pump gears & billet backplate w\ their low friction wear coating applied then put them inside of this MMR new OEM Ford spec housing then checked them..........all came out just as they said (they sent a clearance spec sheet w\ them)........max clearances found were .004"........Boundry gears were covered in glycerin inside the packaging & outer box was stained w\ glycerin from being tested then packaged for sale. So out went the MMR gears & OEM Ford aluminum backplate, in went the Boundry gears & billet GT500 style backplate & Boundry's packet of gear lube they send w\ the gears to use to ensure internal gap sealing until pump picks up oil then retorqued the backplate bolts after using some blue Loctite to 90 in\lbs TQ spec.
So now I KNOW this MMR Hurricane GT\GT500 oil pump has the best chance of actually performing as it SHOULD.........before I go thru all the work of removing\installing this stuff...........sad that I had to upgrade to Boundry gears\backplate in it to ensure this happens..........but I'm really glad I caught this now instead of later...................
So, yes, I fully concur...........go w\ Boundry on this stuff............
