Hell yea! Im going to go buy some go pro's and mount them all over the engine bay area so we will have about 6 angles of the shit blowing...Should be interesting

Let's do it, would be sweet. Can't wait until I can drop a few more thousand in my to watch it pop again. Atleast you will already have the cameras! Could I use them after you are done, need to have something to show for it.

And she's back down....Took her for about a 45min-1hour drive yesterday and she was running good...Well as good as its going to get on a start up tune..lol. Barely made it home. All the gauges and electronics quite and now the car wont start. Going to check the new alt tomorrow and all my wiring. Something is not allowing the system to stay charged...Damn this sucks

I'm tired of messing with the car so I went out drinking last night and went to the Alabama game today...Needed some time away from it. Going to get started back tomorrow to find the problem

Sucks man. Hope you get it all figured out soon. I'm sure it's something small and stupid you forgot to tighten up somewhere.

Going to ask a real stupid question...

When your old alternator failed, did you check the (+) battery cable going to the alternator to make sure the 8 gage fusible link (see post# 5) hadn't popped? Is there 12V+ at the battery terminal on the alternator?

If so, please disregard this post - just trying to help.

I will have to check that out. I have relocated my battery to the trunk so not sure if the original power wire is still being used. Thanks for the info
