It's a pretty well rounded car as is from the factory. I'm referring to my 08. Probably the best mods I've done relate to traction and power. There are lots of ways to get there. Sometimes when I look back I think that the FRPP Whipple with the FRPP tune was where I should of stopped power wise. I'm pretty happy with the 17x7 and 17x8 Race Star wheels and 235/55/17 275/50/17 tires. In the warmer, dryer seasons I run 15x8 with 275/60/15 Nitto 555R tires. They make an excellent summer street tire imo.

Probably the best tire/rim setup I've had were surplus GT500 18x9.5 wheels with 255/45/18 and 295/45/18 555 tires. Good traction in wet and dry, quiet, and looked good on the Mustang with the extra sidewall.

None of it was needed but it sure does make the car more pleasant to drive. So did the 50+ pounds of dynamat.

RIP - You will be missed
For me tint is a major one. I have 5% all around except windshield cause I can't stand people seeing me lol
This is a sore point with me for a most unforgettable reason, and I can tell you right now that bicyclists and motorcyclists will absolutely hate your car for that. Not knowing if you've even looked in their direction gets real old, real quick. Sorry, but placing your vanity that far above consideration to other traffic = fail.

I DD my SGT, so far all ive done is slp loudmouths and a cervini hood. I just ordered the pioneer avh-5500bhs stereo, the stock h/u w the shaker 1000 IMO is terrible. I always listen to my music loud, and the stock just wasn't cutting it w 5FDP playing. getting ready to order a set of koni str's. next on my list is a h pipe and 20" wheels and tires.

almost forgot I did order my LED map lights, and ive had a led plate light for awhile. (got pulled over for only having 1 plate light lol)

I refuse to do any tinting to my car; I want everybody to know who's driving that bad b*tch.

But really, in the warmer months I use my exhaust note as my sound system, which I know seems vain but I can't get enough of it. I dont' know if I'd enjoy driving the car as much as I do now without that mod.

A big thing for me was headlights. My stock ones, albeit a factory flaw or unique to my car, were awful. Visibility at night was terrifying, so I went to projectors and life is good again.

Hydraulic hood struts, not just limited to DDs but it's such a quick and easy install and makes life so much easier without that prop rod constantly in your way.

I put in the interior lighting found in the Fusions and comfort-end Fords (because the rest of my family had them and it made me envious) and I must say, I do a lot of driving at night and this little "mood lighting" per se really makes it an enjoyable trip.

1) Tint. Gotta have it, friens owns a tint shop, so I get the hook up. Got this new tint called IR Tint. It's night & day over the regular/limo tints.
2) Short shifter always
3) Upgraded door speakers & subs. Same friendbalso does stereo systems
4) Gears. Love having my 4.10's
5) L.E.D dome lights
6) Full tank of gas!! Guess that should be #1
