Is the dent too bad to just get on the other side and straighten it out with a hammer? If so does anybody know where to find a passenger side rear quarter for less than $1000?

You may try a few local 'paintless dent removal' guys. On something like this, it is always better to call in somebody with experience rather than experiment yourself.

You could try calling some paintless dent repair shops and get some quotes. That looks like something they could handle. I didn't know that I'd try fixing that myself if I were you, it's way more of an art than you'd realize

The issue is that rear bumper cracking… the dent should be popped out by a professional.

I've had some luck with Car-Part (Nationwide salvage part company). Got one of my front fenders from them in the color I needed. Also have bought interior parts as well. May be worth a try.

I would think that after removal of the bumper the metal must be dragged out?

Tat is plastic. Probably needs to be replaced.
