No, from what I hear they are a total bitch to replace. You'll need to hole saw the old one out since you have to reuse the bushing sleeve. Replacing that bushing is the only thing I've paid someone else to do on my car. I did not want to mess with it, definitely not on the car.
Like I said, i'm doing new shocks, springs, ph bar next weekend, so, when its all down, I'll swap it. I'm sure a little "heat persuasion" will help it slide right out.
UPR make a spherical bushing for up there. I have it in my car and it works great and allows suspension to move freely with no preload like poly has
i've wasted enough time cutting, grinding, hammering and cursing those damn things then we got the Ford (Rotunda) special tool to swap out the diff carrier bushing.
now it's a 15 minute affair with hand tools![]()
