Can't believe but asking for opinion on mod BUT

A friend wrecked his GT, and it is a DD, so i sold him the front-end and extra hood off my GT. I always wanted a GT500 front-end , but I don't care for clone cars, and I am not trying to build a fake GT500. Anyway i bought the gt500 parts needed ( not the emblems). I can't decide if i should stay with the gt hood, or buy an aftermarket gt500 hood. What do you think.

I am not normally a big fan of cowl induction hoods, but the torch red GT500 pictured above looks sick!

I say stick with the stock hood or go with something else completely different.

I am thinking about going to a cowl hood, but i could not find a photo of a gt cowl hood with a gt500 bumper.

I have a photo of that, the question is GT style or GT500 style. The way the lip of the hood crosses the grill

That cowl hood setup looks great. With no "fake" badging, I don't see there being a poser problem

I like the stock hood myself. I'd only use a cowl hood if I needed the clearance.
