It kind of fell off a while ago. Actually around the time Don's house burned down.

I will talk to Kimmer about it. I already do the timeslip sheets, so this once a month wouldn't be a big deal for me at all to do also.

I think how its going to work is each MOD will nominate a car, then we will decide who wins. It will be much easier that way instead of posting a poll.

I don't like the voting thing because 1) it can be messed with and 2) a car shouldn't be COTM just because the member is more popular---its the car.

True or u can have a post for people to submit pics for cotm, then the mods can select the top 2/or 3 pics and then just have a simple vote outa the 2-3 cars u post for selection. That way u have more member involvment.

I sure am glad you stated it that way ("MOD"). That way I don't have to jack with it:roflmao:

And a poll is going to come down to whatever color and tape on accessory or billet piece of worthlessness is popular that month.

I was just thinking this would suck because it is going to be the car with the most asthetic mods. Someone like me that goes to GREAT lengths to keep the car looking as stock as possible doesnt stand a chance.

I like this idea.

I am pretty sure that is the logic behind psfracer's suggestion of how to pick a car. In spite of the recent influx of members who keep trying to convince everyone that this site didn't get along just fine for the first 2 1/2 years without them, and we now have a purpose because they have showed up to post pictures of different color cars... We are still first and foremost a technical site (like it or not) and 75% of our forum posts are in the tech and racing sections. By choosing the nominees and monthly winner via mods suggestions and voting rather than the typical mustangforums bling bling poll, we can assure that it won't just be a garage queen whore fest.

He did say MODs, didn't say aesthetic MODs, so you should have a chance based upon what has been done to the car. It's fairer that way since many MODs are on the inside not outside. I for one know I will never win since my car is all stock.

... since my car is all stock.

bwahaha. Youre obviously new to owning a mustang. Everyone's mustang is all stock. In fact, if the car doesnt sound real lopey at idle, and you cant hardly hear the supercharger whining at idle, it is "bone stock."

My car is stock! At one time all the parts on it were stocked by a company somewhere.:beerchug2:
