Carrunning lean and misfiring. I've already changed out MAF, changed o2 sensors and checked vac leaks. I'm at a dead end with this issue.

I had a Camaro in high school that was behaving similarly and it ended up being the pump.

How could the car go Lean enough to stop without throwing a code… That is the part that is troubling me.
When are you getting the misfires? (more info needed)

Do you have any gauges in the car, if so what?

Did you physically scan for codes or do you have no CEL light on? Does the light work?

I have a oil pressure gauge, electric air to fuel which reads lean as hell at idle and a water temp gauge.

I just did a fuel pressure check and its at 30 while idling and jumps up to 34 when I rev it. Eithet fuel filter or fuel pump right?

Does your scanner show voltage at the pump? If not, check voltage on the pink with black tracer wire. That is the power wire from the FPDM

Still idling rough but pressure is up again. Idk

More than likely the ecu learned some bad habits while trying to adapt to the plugged filter. It should go away over time or you could reload the tune or disconnect the battery to reset the kam (keep alive memory).

I put in seafoam and reloaded tune and with driving time the symptoms seem to be going away more and more
