What other mods do you have for 315/338?
The rearward position of the cats can be a problem with full length headers such as the BBK, and the Kooks 3/4 length headers are indeed more tuner friendly. If you plan on keeping the car for a few more years, they might be worth the expense and they'll compliment the supercharger. you could sell your BBKs plus midpipe to offset some of the cost.
Brenspeed have a lot of experience with installing and tuning 3V supercharger kits plus Kooks headers so you could contact them for further information.

I had a custom dyno tune done by TI Dyno in Ashtabula Ohio.

BBK 1 5/8" LTH, BBK 2 3/4" high flow catted x-pipe, MBRP 3" catback with no mufflers.
JLT series 3 intake

Before the custom tune I did
Ford performance 4.10 gears (this would just change the powerband I think? Not add power though obviously)
Ford performance ev6 injectors
Ford performance coil pack
OEM plugs gapped correctly
New fuel filter
Cleaned the shit out of the fuel rails
Also this was on 93 octane shell fuel

The tuner spent 8 hours between tuning and doing pulls, I was there for the whole thing.
Here is the video of the last pull he did.
