Hey Steve, I was wondering about this 2013 master cylinder people are putting on older models . Is this a clutch master for the gt500? How much are they and will it work on an 07 Mustang gt with tr3650. Also is it been confirmed that there is a bigger bore diameter to push more fluid to the master cylinder? Thanks

I'm bumping this old thread because I'm currently going through a little clutch burning issue. I got my clutch hot a few weeks ago going to cars and coffee, stop and go up hill to the parking lot. I lost a lot of pedal and clutch smelled of burning(too much slipping to get going). Since then when I stop at a light and take off i can smell it again.
Is it possible that a leaking master cylinder is causing that rather than a faulty slave cylinder? I've only tracked the car 2 passes with the T-56 in it, so it doesn't really have any passes on it and hasn't been excessively abused. Its an RST clutch.
I'll check that out Steve! I'm assuming it would most likely be misting near where the clutch line hooks in?
I'll also note that the car doesn't lurch at all or anything in gear with clutch pedal pressed in.
