Just got the car out of the shop and now from a dead stop its hard to get into gear. Pedal is practically on the floor to change gears, when moving its still hard but much more managable with clutch pedal shifts about 3/4 to the floor any ideas. P51 clutch with stock pressure plate, 540 rwhp 480 tq. Any ideas

Your post makes it sound like you just got it out of the shop for clutch related work.

So what was done at the shop?

Still sounds exactly like a slave issue.

None of that should affect the clutch/trans unless they disconnected something to get the headers in and didn't bleed it after.

Sounds like the same exact issue I had when I installed my new clutch, but that wouldn't make sense because they didn't remove your clutch?

What the others said, start small and then go big. Bleed the clutch properly ( the reservoir is the same as the brake reservoir its shared). Make sure there's no air in the line, then if that's not it check under your car, my issue was that the bolts on the pressure plate weren't tight enough and instead of the slave depressing the forks on the pressure plate it was depressing the whole plate, just barely enough to engage the next gear but it was a pain.

there is a thread I am about to bring up to the top that is all about this.

how many miles?

was the slave replaced when the clutch was done? if not it could be your slave going bad.

search "hard to get into 1st" in this forum and see if it helps.
