If I remember correctly that has to do with the seat position sensor. Check wires and connectors under the seat and make sure nothing is trapped/jammed under there.

If it not a fault in the wiring.
Have you recently disconnected the battery? Every time I have my battery disconnected for a couple of days, two things happen. I get this airbag error and my remote start device loses its programming.
I have a scanner that reads and resets airbag codes. Once I clear the code, it stays cleared.

Yes I had a new battery put in, that's when the fault 1st started. But then I had a jammed passenger side seat position switch as well, which only went forward, so I cleaned that up and lubed everything, now that works OK, but I still have the airbag light on 6 months later. My UK annual Ministry if Transport annual vehicle roadworthiness test is due in late June and I need to fix it....

Airbag light won't go away on its own even if you fix the cause, just making sure you did try to erase the fault with your scanner?
