Hey Matt, you keeping the bogarts still for street use or parting with them? I just got off the phone with blowby and they are stocking their shelves with racestars so I'm placing order on Friday but I know as soon as I do someone is going to throw a nice set up for sale

Im keeping my bogarts for the street.. going to throw ither a 295/55/15 Mickey T drag radial out back or a 275/60/50.

I think so too with my bullitt grille I currently have on, especially with the one piece front tucked under the wheel well :p With a Nice bias ply 27 or 28" bias ply out back :naughty1: Im going to try and get my axle tubes finished tonight, get the axles back in so I can test fit the rims tomorrow. Spool and my 4.56 gears are already in

I've been scanning this thread but I haven't found any numbers for the weight reduction acheived.

What do the 15" front skinnies weigh with tire? 25 pounds? I was using the stock wheels and tires up front they are about 45-50 pounds.

My jegs sport stars with a 26" skinny weighed 24lbs.
My street rim/tire combination weighed in at 52lbs.
That's 28lbs lighter PER WHEEL :highfive:

The rears were about the same 51lbs per wheel

Total weight saved ~58lbs

finally able to post, just mounted them on yesterday and was able to wash it up, hitting the track next weekend to see how it does, i wish i would have went with the 295/55s on the rear however until i get some more hp to the ground, didnt want to bog too much with the basic parts i have.

15x3.75 26x6.00 r15s M/T on the front and 15x10 7.5bs 275/50 r15s M/T DR on the rear

Well the 295 55 will allow me to better use the 10" wide rim plus put more meat to the ground. Def wanting to step up to 4.30s soon though. All we have local is a 1000' track (Memphis is shutdown for now) so more gear will def help me there. Even with the 26" tall rear tires. Thanks for the comment!!!
