First for Chris Cruz winning the whole thing! And being #1 at the drag strip, and Terry for being #2 at the drag strip. And the best part is, both of those ETs are already out of date! Haha.

I got to say I was disappointed with most of the other cars ETs. Those cars were throwing down big numbers on the dyno but it wasn't translating to the track at all. I think the horsepower portion should be 10% instead of 25% and the drag race portion 25% instead of 10%---because what good is the power if you can't put it down?

My thought was 20% across the board. Pull 5 from each of the other 2 categories, and weight them evenly. They are supposed to be "street" cars, not drag cars. I did have a little bit of surging as Chris did at certian throttles. I drive my car every day though, so I know what throttles the car likes and where, so I never run into that issue.

The new injector dynamics are so much better in the car, it smoothed alot of the surging out. We've played with some of the low end shift points as well.

It's just tough to work out all the little stuff when your tuner is out of town. I can say Jon has done a hell of a job on the car for only seeing it in person a couple of times. Plus we made changes after almost every race last year testing parts. We got alot of stuff worked out this weekend in Bradenton, and i'm excited to see what the season brings.

Now that i've run a number, I can get to points at the races.

Surprised BBR didn't win, they certainly tried very hard to.

Who is that cause there was another person doing that too but for another car. I think there might be photos around.

Your car is beautiful Terry. I am glad to have been able to see it in person and get to talk to you that day.

Linn,

Alot of people thought Don and his wife were stuffing the box. I was right next to them though, and didn't see anything shady from them.

They were selling their butt's off like I was. They are car show people, and they worked it like car show people. The ballots they were using were very large, and then they would fold them in half, then in half again.

That made every ballot look thick like 4-8. So, when she would walk over and put 10 in, it looked like 40-80. I honestly do not believe there was any wrong doing on their part, and I expressed that to the other guys.

I hear ya. Things are not always the way they seem. But it was mentioned and several people were not happy about it.

I actually took the video in October.

Basically earlier in the day, this same thing had went on, but there was a 2nd gal sitting there with her. I caught the tail end of it. I was selling people on my car, I'm a salesman, can't help it.

All the guys were complaining about it. Later in the day, I looked over and saw it going on again. I probably watched 10-12 go in before I got the brilliant idea to start taping.

To be honest, as soon as I got the camera out, I thought the ballots would quit going in the box. To my amazement they didn't.

I've been sitting on it for 5 months, unsure what to do with it. Quite a few people knew of the video. I figured it was time to pass it around and if someone decided to make it "public" so be it.

Kris is definately not bashful! LOL

That is the wrong thing to do to stuff the ballots you did the right thing
