Custom shift knob

[FR500GT]

Does anybody know where I can have a custom shift knob and extension made? I'm looking for something similar to the picture below and over the past couple of years I haven't found anthing that will fit our cars. Needs to fit my 07 Saleen with an MGW.

Any ideas guys?

Yea, that looks like a pretty simple lathe part. Any machine shop worth anything should be able to make that.

Do a eBay search on NASCAR shifter. There are about a million of them on there you could mod up.

I've always liked the ones with the triangles milled out of them but not all the way through. I can't find any good pics though.
