just read through this whole thing.
man, what kind of company cant even reply a second time to an 11 page thread about how terrible they are?'
makes me somewhat weary of the sponsors.

^^ I would've quit after the hood, not to mention once they upped the shippng charges I would've told them to shove it. They should've eat the shipping.. I've tried to keep some faith in this company realizing that for every bad there is probably 100 goods , but the more I read, I think I'll stay far far away.
Did you honestly expect anything else???Day 3 and STILL no response? This is pathetic. I guess BBR is the new MMR.

This is bullshit they think just because its a smaller purchase that they can just stiff us. My dad runs a company and has been doing for almost over 25 years and if he ever treated his customers like this he would have never lasted this long. Eventually this company will tank and I feel bad for Steve and John because it will affect them. It won't be long before they post on here a "EVERYTHING MUST GO" for sale thread if they even last that long. Those couple loyal customers will only last for so long and when they do finally dissipate BBR will be fucked.
Wow, it seems like that 170 bucks is going to cost BBR a lot more loss by the looks of this thread. My advice to both sides, 1. Any kind of forced induction or radical engine change should be dyno tuned. That mail order tune should of been considered a start up tune for you to get to a dyno. 2. Good customer service is almost always free to any business be it a staff of one or 2000, its the bad customer service that ends up costing.
Hmm looks like I won't be ordering anything through these guys
BBR really needs to chime in and attempt to resolve the issues. I see they are posting on the svtperformance forums today.
