Just out of curiousity...whose car are we working on and doing what to it?

Trying to get Darren to pull the trigger on a Whipple and get this past him.

Here is last May. A friend of mine in his new "stock 5.0" versus me. you decide. I know its not a fair race by far. His car is his DD and both are auto's.

And that was just an 1/8! It would of been a super smack down in the 1/4.

That is just insane with some suspension mods a few bolts ons and 10 lbs. of boost

So you say that you can get into a 5.0 for 1k more than the whipple. Okay so that means that spending the same money you can have whipppled car with no payment that is just as fast or faster than the 5.0. Or, a stock 5.0.

You can't add in the whipple on the 5.0 because then that would be spending that 7k on just getting the 5.0 and then paying another $XXXX amount of money on top of that to buy a whipple.

Makes sense to me, I'm looking at it the same way. You're going to spend the money on the 5.0. It may satisfy you for awhile then you're still gonna want that supercharger, so you're in it for the cost of the 5.0, plus the whipple.

There was a white one in Leesville last week on the Chevy used lot for 34k with only 23k miles on it. I thought it a little high but low miles for sure.

Hard to tell, but I don't think so, I also have FRPP TB which helps. I will say this I had to go with an 8lb pully instead of a 10lbs casue it was making too much power for a stock bottom. 8lb pully still made 10lbs. What a tough problem to have...Is he still hemhauln over this decision....WHip it whip it good..
