Ever change tires just because?

I will be changing tires soon just because...I hate the ones on there. I don’t know why I went back to the 275/35-18 Nitto NT555 (Gen1), they suck in the rain, they suck in the dry unless they’re hot. Maybe 20,000 miles on them, and I will probably donate them to someone lol
I’ll probably give the Firehawk Indy a shot.

I have them on right now. 555s. In this cold, there is no traction. Lots of tread left. Cant even leave marks on the pavement! Im bouncing off the limiter and back end wiggling. Asphalt looks like it had been cleaned, where should be black marks. ZERO tire smoke too. Bet you I could do a burnout in front of a cop, and he couldnt bust me. "Show me the tire marks Sir"
Winter tires never went on this year. I dont have to drive to work. lol and I left the big brakes on, winter wheels only fit the 12.6" brakes anyway.
