Im having a few issues with my car right now. I would appreciate any help I can get.

Current setup is a Procharger P1sc HO kit with a 3.7 pulley. Cold start idles fine, but if i do not let the car warm up for at least 5 min, the car will choke severel time when i start driving, making me press the pedal harder to send some more gas in. But as soon as the car is warm, car drives like a champ. Could this be tune related? Spark plug issues?

Next issue is my fuel pump. I posted this a while back where once my car reached half tank, the fuel gauge will be sporadic and drop to 0 at times. 2 weeks ago my car ran out of gas! I ran ir normally, which is probably about 20 miles after the gauge goes unreliable and is not out of the norm. After being out of gas, i was only able to fill the car up about 10 gallons. what the heck is going on? I thought my readings were only off, but that seems to not be the only issue.

Lastly, i would like to know a little more about the issues with overspinning the P1sc pass its effiecieny range. When people refer to the heat issues it causes when pulleying down(I'm going for 15lb, 575ish rwhp), doing they mean at WOT or daily driving? I may track my car once a year, and would like to be able to go on 5 hour road trips without issue. Yeh i could get a D or F series, but i don't want to spend more money right now than i already have switching my power adders and builds so many times. SO as of right ow, thats not an option.

Sounds 99.9% like a tune thing as far the stumbling when not fully warmed up.

Your siphon may not being pullng fuel from the passenger side properly. Next time you run out of gas when you think you shouldnt. Open the passenger side hat and see if there is fuel in there (it should be emtpty)

The true overspin past deisgned blower rpm or flow would still happen in te upper rpm range but when you pulley down the blower is spinning faster at every rpm even at idle so cruising iat's will go up some as well.

Thanks for your input Jeremy.

I will address the issue with the tuner. Hate it when the motor pops. :/

If the car is not syphoning from the passenger tank, what can i do? Check for kinks in the line?

Spinning the blower faster will basically increase iats at all rpm levels correct?

Check to make sure the crossover line is fully clicked into place on the fuel hat and check the line for kinks is a good place to start.

Correct, more heat in the blower and iat's will rise across the board. Shouldnt be nothing the intercooler cant handle though. The real concern about over spinning the blower is harmonics/damage to the internals overtime etc. And the fact that the higher rpm in the blower doesnt always mean more flow/more power if its at the flow limit. (this is what will create excessive heat more so)
Based on the stats of the p1 on or cars imho its done/past efficiencey around 10-12psi, but have seen quite a few people run 14-15psi with them without issue.
