For those that "signed" up for the MIR track rental this spring

Spoke with Jason at MIR today and we have limited options; lesson learned on this one is to reserve a spring Friday asap!

The options are:

Mar 30
Apr 6 (Easter weekend)
May 18

He mentioned he might be able to get us with the 10.5 class that will be doing test-n-tune on Apr 20 so it would be a shared event.

Pls vote and let me know asap what date works for the group so I can grab one of these days before they too are gone.

Race gas and the scales will be available for short periods of time, they will announce on the PA when they are open.

No concession stand but we can bring our own food/coolers, there is a deli approx 4 miles away that does hot/cold sandwhiches and a local pizzeria will deliver to the track.

I voted May 18th but the April 20th date would also work and you know there would be good track prep for the 10.5 guys. I think the March 30 date would be a little iffy on the weather. It can still be nasty sometimes at the end of March. Mike may be able to work something for us.

Hard for me to vote but know I will be there what ever the date it is. So place my vote with the popular vote. If anything the 18th would give me more time to get a couple of mods done but I will run it as is also. If we share with the 10.5 will that help the price? OK, I voted for the 18th.

I voted because I could do May 18th, I hadnt signed up because I can do no earlier due to "busy season". Easter weekend would also work though, and still be nice and cool = fast times at a fast track

Greg, I voted for May 18th, I think the weather should still be good for the boosted cars and comfortable for us also. But if another date is picked, it will not be a problem.
