What do i need to do when I install a used in very good condition Ford Racing Super Charger for a 2005-2009 Ford Mustang GT 4.6 3 V engine with a auto trans , all stock . My Car is a 2007 Mustang GT 4.6 3V with an auto trans and is Factory Grabber Orange has low mileage and runs great. All I have is a complete Kit less any paper work and no tuning info! This kit came out in 2007 Ford Racing ! The Kit is for a stick car, can it be used for an auto trans? And what gear ratio is really good for this set up? I have bigger tires and wheels. 295 x 40 x 19'' tire and 11'' x 19'' wheels with plenty of room . The fronts a 275 x 40 x 19'' and 10'' x 19'' matching black wheels similar to 2016 Shelby GT 350 wheels. It has a limited slip diff and 3:55 gears , like to go with 4:30. Not a daily driver ! I picked up a set of used BBK long tube headers 1-5/8'' with modified 3'' collectors . The car has stock exhaust with a Roush cat back system , no mufflers. Going to install a 3'' stainless system with no cats and no mufflers . Any idea's about tune's and any other mod's would be appreciated ! Other things I am do is brakes , front 14'' rotors from 2012 Shelby and front Ford 4 piston calipers from a 2015 Mustang GT with 13.8'' rear rotors from a 2013 Shelby GT500 and installed the adapter from EBAY and new stock rear calipers. All brake lines replaced with Russel stainless. Up grading the steering wheel to a 2011 and newer with 4 control buttons. Also up dating the after market stereo , I think it is a Alpine ( works fine ) . Going with a Kenwood I had in my 2012 Ford F-150 Lariat with all the trick modules to use all the steering wheel controls with GPS , Touch screen , Navigation , and a remote. Probably forgetting some things. Also installing a 2011-2014 Mustang GT instrument panel with all six gauges and the my color set up button and reset. Lakewood adjustable rear lower control arms and BMR adjustable upper control arm and adjustable Panhard bar. Also installing MaXspeedingrods coil over kit ( how good are these?) with front adjustable lower control arms. Thinking of going to a Ford 9'' rear end. I have a new never installed Moser 9 inch housing Strange N case big bearing Strange 35 spline axles , Detroit Locker 35 spline , Billet front pinion Big Bearing support and a big billet yoke with 3:70 Pro Gears with Ford Racing Disc brake kit . Everything is new except the 3:70 Pro Gears which where run down the track one time in another rear end assembly. But the where in perfect shape and I did buy them right $500. I have $4800 in this diff with the gears and all new bearings and seals . NEVER installed into a vehicle never run , just WD 40 and assembly lube , NO OIL! It fits a SN95 and all Fox Body cars . This unit would cost at least $7000.00 today . I would take trades for a S197 9 inch housing and 35 spline axles . And i would keep the center section and brakes! Thank you! Ron 815-6710911

Wow, youve written a whole essay without breaking it down into paragraphs!
Firstly about the supercharger. Do you only have the head unit or do you have a complete kit? You didn't mention anything about the fuel system where you'll need a minimum of 47lb injectors and a Kenne Bell Boost-A-Pump (for up to 600hp at the crank). Anything more than 600hp will require either a GT500 dual pump set up plus BAP or a DW400 pump upgrade.

Your stock 5R55S transmission won't stand up to the extra torque the supercharger will provide. Therefore you'll need to consider a 6R80 swap from.an.11-14 GT if you want to retain an automatic transmission. This would also require the matching cross member and driveshaft from an 11-14 GT.

The optimum rear axle ratio will depend on your target HP/TQ level (realistically about 500hp/490lbft at crank with maximum boost of 6psi), maximum rpm (6500rpm in your case), type of supercharger, rear tire diameter, and transmission gear ratios. Therefore we need further information about your plans so we can advise accordingly.
