Fun roads to drive

Hey guys I will be drivin to California in the summer was going to roll from Dallas tx going to go through Colorado then to Vegas and end in Monterey California. What are some badass roads to ride(motorcycles) and drive. Please list why you think the road is fun to drive and obviously exactly where he road is. Thanks guys!!

cut across from Vegas to LA, go up to Santa Barbera and hit PCH, it will be scenic and fun, decent weather also typically any time of year

Especially on a weekend. U will probably run in to some lambos Porsche's and other high end or done up cars
