Fuse Box Part # Help

[V8 Vol]

I was overheating and diagnosed the high speed fan wasn't working. I had a feeling it may have something to do with the relay and turns out I was kind of correct. Below are the pics of the burned/melted area below the high speed fan relay. I have the relay part number to replace it, but what I cannot find is the part number for the fuse block.

The only markings on the part itself are Delphi PA66, which doesn't seem to help

Any help would be much appreciated!

They are caller Weather Pack connectors. I have never had success discussing them over the phone with a dealer as I don't believe they have a part number. Maybe they do. I can tell you that I have gone directly to Dealers if I have needed them and some parts guys will help you!

Replace that pin, make sure its tight and move on?

Yea unless you want to pay $200 for that connector, I have a burnt up connector as well that I need to replace.

Is it going to hurt anything to leave it scorched? My biggest concern at this point is I am putting in a new fan (thought it was the problem) and its the 2013 GT500 fan so it draws a few more amps.

That connector may not get a strong connection which could be more problematic. I found a spot in my sjb that was causing issues with the O2 sensors. The fuse was making contact but not enough which then resulted in many codes.

If the plastic housing is all burnt up then the metal end of the connector is not being held firmly. Can cause inconsistent contact. Electrical surges can/will cause problems.

I am going to hit up MPS Salvage here in the Atlanta area and see if I can't score the plastic part I need (for cheap). Once I can get my hands on that I should be good to go.

Is getting this thing rewired up going to be tricky since I have to move all the wires over to a new block?

Has anyone actually done this that can give some pointers?

Solder and heat shrink are your best friend, you will want to peel back enough of the split loom to get enough wire, hit up texasblownv8 he does alot of v6-v8 swaps and has encountered having to chop up the harness to make them fit with different parts. Also, anyone who has done a wire tuck has had to cut the harness up.
