Glass Roof Removed Picture Request

Anymore info on the glass roof yet? I have always wanted to put one on mine and this morning on my way to Leesburg fire dept I saw a white one. Now I really have to have it done.

I only work up the street at the Ford store.

Yup that's the one I saw. Btw I know of a place that used to do the glassback install in PA. They said if I can source all the parts they would do it no problem. Any idea of what all is needed and price from Ford?

If you find the diagram can you get it to me. If it's worth it I might get the parts and have him do the install. Also he said he is looking for a supplier for all the parts. Maybe you can hook him up if your interested.

Roger that. I was really set on doing this, but not in a big hurry anymore since my GF has decided to keep her 09 and we will build it. The glass roof is just such a win. Especially since you see almost no 09's with it.

2. 9R3Z-6351940-B ------ Panel Asy - Roof Trim - Front MSRP $398.73 -> This is the gloss black piece that goes in front of the glass roof.
3. 9R3Z-6351942-B ------ Panel Asy - Roof Trim - Rear MSRP: $448.73 -> Same gloss black piece but in the rear.
4. 9R3Z-63519A02-AD ------ Panel - Trim $616.60 -> Sunshade

sorry that PN was from a 2012 Glass roof shelby that i have.
i just looked up a 2009, and the headliner PN is 9R3Z 6351916-BC

all the other part numbers are identical for both 2005-2009 and 2010+ body styles

Yup! They have a matching one if she wants to upgrade .4 liters =D

I'm hoping it makes it here by the 19th but they haven't found a truck to put it on yet =(

ive done one of the roof's. It was a PITA to take out of a wrecked car and put in another. Where did you find one, ive been looking for a while for another.

Love the concept! Could you do a larger sunroof that just manually tilts up and/or is removable? The only issue I can think of is the curvature of the roof.

Is it possible to replace the metal roof on a 2006 Mustang with a glass roof from a 2010 - 2014 Mustang? I understand that the front and rear trim pieces on the glass roof are nearly impossible to find; I'm just trying to determine if the roof structure is the same on the 2006 as for the 2010 - 2014 before starting to spend time trying to source the parts to make it happen. Thanks in advance.
