Hot as hell in Houston, but managed to run an 11.91 @ 118 with a 1.77 60ft on
Motor. Got 1 nitrous pass in, ran a 10.94 @ 127 with a 1.52 60ft. Pretty happy with the results, just need it to cool down some !

Car is a 6 speed with C&L cold air intake, boss intake, bbk long tubes offload x-pipe with magnaflow cat back, 3.73's, aluminum driveshaft, and 1" drop springs. I was running mt et drag radials and front runners on race star wheels. The nitrous is a zex kit set at 150 shot.

I got a buddy in beaumont you should run, hes always runnin in baytown and sometimes at evadale. Dam near same setup as you. Its silver with black stars.

Do you have a bar in the car, if not did they tell you slow down or leave. I've never had any luck running my cars there without them giving me a hard time.

^^LOL !! I was afraid they would too, but this was the second time I've. Een there and they haven't said a word. Tech guy told me last time when I pulled up and popped my hood "I don't need to see your motor" so I shut it and he wrote a number on the windshield and I drove off. Last night it was the same guy so I just pulled up and got out. I had on shorts and flip flops.. Told him my jacket, pants, helmet ect.. We're in the car. He just said ok and wrote a number on it again. Then after I ran in the 10's the lady at the ticket booth just handed me my time slip and didn't say a word. maybe they are relaxing their rules.. They used to be hard core tech/safety nazi's

It was high 90's all day prob around 80 or so in the evening. It was pretty warm.

Yeah the Mickey thomPsons are the way to go. The. At even has 1" lowering springs and doesn't squat too much and the tires still plant really good!
