My HE did come with fans and the wiring. Sorry, I remembered wrong originally. The harness was shipped separately, which is why my memory was confused.
I know it mattered that mine was going on a 4.6 for the wiring harness, but I can't remember if I had to specify the Bosch pump, or if it came that way by default. Again, I had the Bosch at the time and didn't upgrade to the GT500 pump until later.
So, it may be that you can get the harness already set up for the GT500 pump. That would make sense, given the HE can be used on the 13/14 GT500. Call and ask them.
