So went to install my BMR Srut Tower brace and it's not inline. Obviously the part is correct, but what do I do about the car?

It looks like it is touching your intake? Verify clearance.

I just removed my stock one and installed a bmr one with non adjustable a arms. Went in with no problems

Have you thought about putting the car on jack stands placed on the outer edges of the k member before the a arms? It may give you some room. You could also gain some leverage on the shock towers with the car on stands. I don't have this part, but I have never had a BMR part not fit my car either and I have BMR EVERYTHING on mine. At last resort you could oval the holes as noted earlier. Just be sure to paint the area where you ground.

Yea that's what I'm thinking. The car is on jackstands on the pinch on the front, and on the rear they are on the frame (rear end is out). So I will hold off for now and try again once it's on the ground

You could always loosen the k member bolts and put a bottle jack between the strut tower braces with some wood blocking and give it a few pumps. That will do it for sure. If you have done a k member and brace it should be a good idea to re aligned afterwards anyhow.

It's likely the car has been hit, when purchasing my BMR front end package Kelly and I discussed this, it's why I added the strut brace, to make sure my car is square again. Porta-power that bitch out, the brace is correct, the car is not.

Is it the same with weight on and off the suspension? As I recall I had a similar (but not as bad) alignment issue with one of the strut tower braces I had on my car. I had to either jack the front up or let it rest on the wheels to get the bar to align. Either way the miss-alignment simply related to chassis flex.

Yea I'm not sure right now. It defintally needs to be pushed out or something, the car is on jacks so that might be why. I'm not gonna drill anything out or bang the shit outta it yet. I'll wait till I get the car on the ground and then go from there. What confuses me is that, if the car is bent then how would the k member line up perfectly?

What intake manifold do you have on that car? I had to re-weld the plates to get bMR brace to fit over the FRPP intake. That brace also fits on one way, can't see much from that pic. You live in my area I took mine off, if you want it you can have it free, you would need to re-paint it since it's white. If you just want to look at the difference between ours you can do that to, just pm me.

If it is up on jack stands, have to tried putting it on the ground? If it is still off, just Take it into a shop and have them cut off the brackets and then reweld them to fit your car.
I would think if you force it into place it will put unwanted pressure on the car and it might not handle well.
