It all depends on what you can find on the market. I had a ton of nitrous parts lying around a while back that I sold for cheap.
As long as your noids are good, your controls are good, and you have a nitrous filter the rest of it mostly comes down to your ability to install and test it.
The cheapest new kits are over $650 and may still leave you buying more parts like a $100 purge, $120 window switch, pressure gauge, or whatever else you want your system to have.
Some brands source their parts from the same factory also. The majority of noids on the market are made by a company called cold fusion. And don't get me started on NANO selling paintball gun parts for like 60x msrp LOL.
In the end, like I said you can source a bunch of used parts and make a basic setup happen, but it all comes down to what the user wants to do.
